White needles of Trevi - white tea
This tea can also be found under the name of silver needles. Raw materials for the production of this type of white tea are collected only a few days a year, in the spring, during the growing season. Only intact buds are plucked from Tak Bai tea bushes. It is allowed to collect tea buds only by hand in sunny weather, so that there is not even the slightest moisture on the bushes. Tea buds retain their white hair even after oxidation.
Real white needle tea is white, it must be brewed with hot, soft water at 65-75 degrees. First, water is brought to a boil and allowed to cool.
