According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection,” you have the right to return an unwanted item or exchange it for another within 14 days from the moment of receiving your order.

Rules for Returning Goods of Proper Quality

Goods of proper quality are items without defects, in intact packaging, which for some reason did not suit you.

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994, No. 172, food products and beverages, if they are of proper quality, are not subject to exchange or return.

Other goods of proper quality available on our website, namely accessories, may be returned or exchanged.

Return or exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if the item has not been used, its appearance and consumer properties have been preserved. In cases where the product of proper quality has been mechanically damaged, return or exchange is not possible.

Procedure for Exchanging Goods of Proper Quality

The buyer has the right to request an exchange of goods or a refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out within 7 days from the client’s request, provided that an identical item is available. If an identical item is not available, the client has the right to:

  • purchase another available item with price adjustment,

  • exchange the product for an identical one upon its arrival in stock,

  • or request a refund.

In case of exchange of goods of proper quality, delivery costs are covered by the customer. In case of a refund for goods of proper quality, only the value of the item is refunded, excluding delivery costs.

How and When Will I Receive My Money?

Refunds are processed according to the payment method of the order:

  • Bank transfer – refunded to your bank card.

  • Cash on delivery payment at the carrier’s branch – refunded to your bank card.

Exchange or refund is processed within 1–2 business days from the moment we receive the returned goods.

Why Do I Need to Wait for a Refund Decision?

To assess the condition and appearance of the returned goods, we usually need 1–2 business days. However, if the item was shipped via a delivery company, it may take up to 5 business days to arrive at our warehouse.
