Da Hong Pao - Oolong from Trevi
Dan Hong Pao in translation means - Big Red Robe and refers to oolongs of medium or weak fermentation. Tea placer has a beautiful brown color. This type of tea is grown on rocks in China. This tea is harvested exclusively in the mountains of Wuyi, Fujian province. Once only people close to the Emperor could drink Tak Hun Pao, now it can be bought in Ukraine.
Tea leaves are collected only by hand in the period from May 1 to 15, after which the fermentation process is carried out in special baskets, then the raw materials are dried at high temperatures.
This tea is shrouded in legends because of its healing properties. It helps to increase the protective properties of the body. This tea can be brewed several times and it will change its taste qualities from astringent to a drink with an easy pleasure. Brew it with water of 70-80 degrees in a ceramic or glass vessel.
