Japanese green tea is sencha, the main difference from Chinese tea is that fermentation is interrupted by steam, not in ovens. This allows the tea to retain a richer taste and aroma. Sinchi production is unified and mainly automated. Due to its simple heat treatment, this tea preserves a huge amount of vitamins and trace elements. The drink has a strong tonic effect and gently cleanses the body. Antioxidants contained in the drink help the body cope with aging.
Pieces of strawberry and red currants give the drink an extraordinary aroma of berries, and sugar hearts complement the drink with sweet notes. Since the basis of this tea-berry mixture is Japanese Sencha green tea, it should be brewed in a ceramic dish with water at 75-85 degrees Celsius, the water is previously boiled, and the teapot is heated with boiling water. The drink should be infused for up to 5 minutes, after which it is poured into cups. This tea gives a feeling of warmth and coziness with every cup. You can brew this tea several times, each time the infusion will acquire a new taste.
