This is large-leaf Ceylon tea, which is hand-picked on high-altitude plantations. The raw materials are dried and the fermentation process is stopped at a high temperature in special ovens, after which the tea leaves are twisted and mixed with Sausep oil. This is the fruit of an evergreen plant from the tropics with huge leaves and fruits weighing about 7 kilograms. The fruit is called sour apple, it has a very bright aroma, pieces and juice are added to tea, which Ukrainians liked so much.
In addition to its smell and taste, sausep has a whole list of useful substances and properties. Drinking green tea with sausepu juice helps to lose excess weight, rids the body of slagging, and has a beneficial effect on the liver.
