Chinese green snail tea from the Trevi brand
For lovers of classic green tea, this variety will be an excellent choice. This tea is shrouded in legend, it is said that it used to be called "Killing Scent", but after this tea was bought for the emperor, he did not like the name and called it "Green Snail". This tea is harvested early in the morning, only in clear weather. It is very important to interrupt the fermentation process very quickly. The leaves are twisted in a special way, so that in their dry form they really look a bit like small snails, and when brewed, they dissolve into whole, intact leaves.
To brew green snail tea, a small amount of dry tea leaves - about 4 grams per 200 milliliters. It should be poured exclusively with soft water at a temperature of 75-85 degrees, using ceramic dishes. You should not let the tea insist for too long, only 2 minutes is enough.
