A feature of plantation varieties of Arabica from Ethiopia is their semi-wild growth. That is, the plantation is a collection of wild or semi-wild trees from which the crop is harvested. Therefore, coffee beans from this country - the historical homeland of coffee, and differ from their other cultural "brothers" from other coffee regions.
Dense rich taste with a slight bitterness and barely noticeable sourness. The taste contains notes of dark chocolate, honey and berries. The aroma is strong, with floral and fruity notes. Arabica Ethiopia Harrar coffee is quite strong, so the recommended time for use: morning or lunch.
