Arabica El Salvador is a balanced moderately strong coffee, perfect for regular consumption, mainly in the morning. The taste of this variety is a little sweet with pronounced notes of citrus fruits, dried fruits and berries. The aftertaste has a slight sourness of ripe mountain ash, a taste of almonds and noble chocolate bitterness. Aroma can be described as floral-fruity with hints of cocoa beans. p>
This type of coffee opens perfectly when brewed in a French press and geyser coffee makersand when classically brewed in a Turkish coffee pot. Arabica El Salvador will appeal to lovers of complex Central American varieties, although it is smoother and softer than, for example, Costa Rican or Cuban varieties.
