Arabica El Salvador is a balanced and moderately strong coffee, excellent for regular consumption, mainly in the morning. The taste of this variety is slightly sweet with pronounced notes "&"of citrus fruits, dried fruits and berries. In the aftertaste there is a light sourness of ripe mountain ash, a taste of almonds and noble chocolate bitterness. The aroma can be characterized as floral-fruity with hints of cocoa beans.
This coffee is perfectly revealed when brewing in a French press and geyser coffee makers, and when classically brewed in a Turkish coffee pot. Arabica El Salvador will appeal to lovers of complex Central American varieties, although it is smoother and softer than, for example, Costa Rican or Cuban varieties.
