Description

Kenya Arabica coffee beans are grown on the slopes of the legendary Mount Kilimanjaro, in the eastern part of the African continent at an altitude of 1200-2000 m above sea level. Typically, the varieties that grow on the heights and slopes of the mountains have rich taste and aromatic qualities and belong to the premium segment of the coffee market. This type of coffee is no exception.

But, in addition to the height of growth, features of the climate and geography are also involved in the formation of the taste bouquet. Namely the proximity of the Indian Ocean, the immediate proximity of the equator and volcanic soils. It is the set of these factors that ensures the highest quality and value of Kenya Arabica coffee.

The unique climate and agricultural features allow two harvests of Kenyan Arabica per year to be harvested on the plantations. So that all the fruits are equally ripe, and, therefore, the grains are uniform and attractive, harvesting is carried out in 5-6 approaches.

It should be noted that the quality of Kenyan coffee is a strategic interest of the country. Therefore, a special service was created here - the Department of the Coffee Industry of Kenya, which monitors the quality of coffee raw materials at the state level.

Hence, the quality of Kenya Arabica coffee beans is ensured by:

  • high mountain plantations at the optimal height above sea level;
  • a special climate, a harmonious combination of precipitation and solar heat;
  • volcanic soils on which this coffee grows;
  • correct and timely harvesting;
  • grain processing, which combines traditions and technologies;

quality control by the state, represented by the Kenya Coffee Department.

Taste and aroma of Kenyan Arabica

Now a few words about the features of this type of coffee that are probably most important for the buyer - about its taste and aroma. To begin with, it should be noted that Arabica Kenya has unique original taste characteristics, so it is easy to distinguish it from other types of coffee. The taste of this coffee is thick and saturated with main wine, fruit and spicy notes. There is pronounced sourness, slight bitterness, and notes of citrus fruits and forest berries in the aftertaste. The aroma is thick, sweet, with undertones of caramel and tropical fruits.

Kenyan Arabica is an indispensable ingredient in noble coffee blends. It is mixed with more "quiet" varieties to slightly balance its bright and aggressive taste. In its pure form, Arabica Kenya is an excellent choice for preparing morning coffee. After drinking a cup of espresso made from Kenyan coffee beans, you will have the strength of an African lion and any task will be up to you.

Dense three-layer triplex packaging with a valve and a zip lock will allow you to preserve the magical aroma of coffee for as long as possible.

We offer you to order Arabica Kenya coffee from us and enjoy its unique flavor bouquet. And you can write a review about your impressions. We will be very grateful to you.
