Mexican Arabica is an original high-altitude Central American variety of coffeeand. This monovariety grows on the southern slopes of the mountains next to the Gulf of Mexico.
Arabica Mexico is an even, balanced, moderately acidic coffee. A long aftertaste will delight you with notes of citrus, milk chocolate and apple. The hallmark of all monovarietal coffee plantations from Central America is high acidity. Mexican Arabica differs from its "geographical neighbors" in that the acidity present in the taste of this variety is more delicate, complex, muted. This taste feature makes this coffee unique and memorable.
If you consider yourself a real coffee connoisseur and connoisseur, but have not yet tasted Mexican Arabica, we recommend it. The best taste of this variety is revealed when using coffee makers. But in a classic brass or clay Turk, the coffee is also excellent. The complex exotic taste of this Mexican Arabica can be further revealed by adding a little cream to the cup, cinnamon, vanilla or other spices.
